Spentys is an interactive 3D printing platform for orthopedic medical devices. Spentys aims to reduce the gap between the complexity of 3D technologies and the reality of the medical environment. The Spentys solution goes from the 3D scanning of the patient’s limb to the 3D modelling and the 3D printing of the patient's specific orthosis. 3D printing can be done in our production facility or directly at the workshop of our customers.  
This workflow is streamlined by our iOS Application together with the centralized Spentys Cloud Platform. We enable the use of 3D technologies in a clinical setting. This solution makes 3D printing technology directly available in the orthotist premises and hospital environment, and thus to their patients. These 3D printed custom-made devices are water resistant, light and recyclable. We are enablers, making the added values of 3D technologies accessible.  

To strengthen the current commercial team and to support our fast growth, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager to support our customers in their journey of creating custom-made Orthopedic devices using 3D Scan, 3D Model and 3D Print technologies.  

Function

The new employee will join the current commercial team to accelerate the business development of Spentys through account management and customer success. She/he will thus work in close collaboration with both the customer and the various teams within the Spentys organization: sales, marketing, IT, 3D modeling, and production. She/he will a critical bridge between Spentys and our customers.  

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and a proactive individual who welcomes the challenges of developing business through customer success. We’re looking for someone who is problem solver by hearth. You will maintain & expand key customer relationships across Europe and beyond, ensure that the customer & their patients’ needs are met, convince our partners to enlarge the use of the Spentys solution to other applications and most importantly: making sure our customers are successful and happy with Spentys

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers
  • Customer onboarding and training customers on the Spentys Solution
  • Maintaining customer portfolio of recurring Spentys customers  
  • Order management and providing instructions to the production team
  • Be the voice of the customer for our production and IT team  
  • Proactively identify new opportunities within a customer and deliver innovative solutions to the customers
  • Develop the business strategy for making of Customer Success one of the pillar of our sales activity  
  • Communicate, track, and report progress.
  • Upselling and crosselling  

Requirements

  • Trilingual (Dutch – French & English) at least C1 level for each of them.  
  • 1+ years of sales or customer success experience
  • Team player and ability to work in a dynamic sales environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills towards customers as well as internal departments
  • Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, or other CRM
  • Be a natural problem solver  
  • Be a strong communicator
  • Be empathic
  • Be a team player  
  • Technical knowledge in additive manufacturing is a plus  
  • Medical knowledge is a plus  
  • Any additional languages are a big plus
