To access the customer dashboard, simply log in to your account and click on the stat tab which is the second icon after the home tab. From there, you will be able to view all of the relevant statistics and track your order patterns across scanning, modeling, printing , post printing and delivery and preferences over time. In our latest update, we have expanded our scan import options to include .STL and .PLY formats, in addition to .OBJ. This change will save users the trouble of converting these files to .OBJ, as well as avoiding potential issues that can arise during the conversion process.

What we’ve changed

We have reintroduced the Advanced Pose for Forearm feature, which now allows pose controls on every single finger. However, it requires an internet connection to work. Additionally, the feature now fits a template model on the scan, which enables the generated pose model to be fit to the scan, even if all fingers are welded together in the process of scanning.

How it affects you

This update will provide you with enhanced pose controls of all phalangeal joints, allowing you to manipulate every finger and achieve the desired flexion or extension. The feature’s ability to fit a template model on the scan is beneficial when the scan has all fingers welded together, as it can now approximate the circumference of each finger.

How to use it

To utilize the Advanced Pose for Forearm feature, make sure that your device is connected to the internet. After completing the cleanup stage, proceed to the pose stage by selecting any upper limb product. From there, choose "Advanced mode," and select all of the landmarks as displayed in the image located directly below your scan. Once the feature has finished computing, you can adjust the extension-flexion of each finger joint. Even if all fingers are fused together, the feature will fit a template model on the scan. Please note that the circumference of each finger will be an estimation.

We've recently improved our chat feature to provide a better user experience. We've redesigned the UI to make it more user-friendly and addressed previous bugs. Additionally, we now offer two versions of the chat: one for customers and one for admins, with extra features exclusive to the admin version. We've also added the ability to attach files and images, view thumbnails, and see a list of participants in the chat. Copy-pasting images into the chat is also now possible.
