We at Spentys decided to make our machines, our modeling skills, and our team available for all your urgent production requests, in particular for medical equipment.

We are talking with various actors in the field (as Sirris for production, Agoria for the industry, Lifetech Brussels for communication with the medical centers, medical experts to understand the needs, etc.) to streamline the efforts to fight back against COVID-19. We want to be ready all together to face demand by the 26th of March 2020.

Prusa protective face shield - RC2

These shields will help protect eyes and face from coughing and sneezing of patients. Download the free STL file below or contact us if you want us to produce them.

We at Spentys can utilize 25 printers to produce, achieving a daily output of 150 protective face shields that can be delivered to hospitals in Belgium.

3D printed face mask buckle

Is your mask a little small or tight for you, so you feel uncomfortable? 3D printed face mask buckles help masks better fit faces and relieve pressure on the ears.

We at Spentys can utilize 25 printers for production, achieving an hourly output of 30 face mask buckles that can be donated to hospitals in Belgium.

3D printed Venturi Valve for emergency mask for hospital ventilators

There is a solution to fix the possible shortage of hospital C-PAP masks for sub-intensive therapy.

It’s the construction of an emergency ventilator mask, realized by adjusting a snorkeling mask already available on the market.

This valve is one of the three components of the emergency ventilator mask. This should be seen as a last resort mask and is by no means a replacement for commercial masks.

Spentys can quickly adapt this open-source design to the various breathing apparatus that will be used in the hospitals.

This is a small part of a breathing machine that will take care of and manage the inspiration and expiration movement.

In this device, you will have many captors to analyze the airflow, oxygen concentration, etc. It should be used only once per patient.

Touch-free 3D printed door-openers

This is our attempt to reduce the spread of the coronavirus or other germs. It is a hook-like device that allows the opening and closing of doors without touching the handle.

We at Spentys can utilize 25 printers for production, achieving an hourly output of 40 touch-free door openers.
